Withdraw a Form

To withdraw a form, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Forms.

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Select the form to view the <Form Name> Actions page.
  3. Under the Form Essentials section, click the Withdraw card.
  4. In the confirmation pop-up, click OK.
