Generate a Customers Coverage By Employee Report

To generate a customers coverage by employee report, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Web App > Reports.

    The Reports page appears.

  2. Scroll down to the Employee Activity And Performance Reports section.
  3. Click the Customers Coverage by Employee Report link or icon.

    The Customers Coverage by Employee Report page appears.

  4. Click the Select More Customers button to select customers.

  5. Select the customers and click OK.

  6. Select an employee from the Employees dropdown.

  7. Choose any of the following Count of option.
    • Customer Check-Ins: Allows you to generate the report of customers check-in count.
    • Activity Summary: Allows you to generate the report of total activity check-in count against the selected customers.
    • Activity Wise Breakdown: Allows you to generate the report of activity wise check-in count against the selected customers.


  8. Enter Minimum Check-in/Activity Count if you choose Count of as Customer Check-Ins or Activity Summary.

  9. Optional: Select all or individual activities from the Select the activities dropdown if you choose Count of as Activity Wise Breakdown.

  10. Optional: Change From and To dates as per your rquirement.

    Both From and To default to today.
  11. Optional: In Load report as, select the report format as per your requirement.

    Load report as defaults to HTML.
  12. Click Load.

    The Customers Coverage by Employee Report is displayed depends on the report format.

    If you opted for Count of as Customer Check-Ins, the report gives check-in count against the selected customers.

    If you opted for Count of as Activity Summary, the report gives total activity count against the selected customers.

    If you opted for Count of as Activity Wise Breakdown, the report gives activity wise count against the selected customers.
