Import Employee Customer Mapping

To import employee customer mapping, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Web App > Imports

    The Imports page appears.

  2. Under the Employees section, click the Import Employee Customer Mapping link or icon.

    The Import Employee Customer Mapping page appears.

  3. Click the Download Template button to download the template.

    A blank excel sheet is downloaded. Refer to the instructions listed in the Supported Formats to fill the excel sheet.

  4. Fill in the excel sheet.

  5. On the Import Employee Customer Mapping page, click Choose File and select the filled excel sheet.

  6. Optional: Click the Unmap all the existing Employee checkbox to unmap the exitisting employees who are mapped to the selected customers.

  7. Click Import.
