Create Role Based Escalation Matrix

Pre-Requisites

Make sure that you have already created Roles in the Employees module. To learn more about creating roles, refer to the Create Roles.

To create a role-based escalation matrix, follow the below steps.

  1. Go to App Builder > Employees.

    The Employees page appears.

  2. Scroll down to the Performance Management section.
  3. Click Escalation Matrix card.

    The Escalation Matrixs page appears.

  4. Click the Create Escalation Matrix button.

  5. In the Title field, enter a title for the escalation matrix.

  6. Click the Add Escalation Level button and do the following.

    1. Enter the Escalation Level Name.

    2. In the Duration field, define the duration to report the escalation.

    3. Under the Final Escalation Role column, select a final role to escalate.

    4. Under the Escalation Flow mode column, select the escalation flow depending on your requirement.

  7. Optional: If you want to add more escalation levels, click the Add Escalation Level button again and repeat step 6.

  8. Click Save.
