Map Customers

To map customers to an employee, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Web App > Navigation Menu > Employees > All Employees.

    The All Employee page appears.

  2. Click the Hide Metrics button to view all the employees.

  3. Click the Filters button and apply the filter options to find the employee you want to map customers.

  4. Under the Employee Name column, click the employee name.

  5. Click the Options dropdown.

  6. Click the Customer Mapping option.

  7. Click the Map More Customers button to select customers.

  8. In the pop-up window, select the customers you want to add them to the employees screen, then click OK.

  9. Select the customers you want to map to the employee.

  10. Click Save.
