Create Hierarchy Based Escalation Matrix

To create hierarchy based escalation matrix, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Employees.

    The Employees page appears.

  2. Scroll down to the Performance Management section.
  3. Click the Escalation Matrix card.

    The Escalation Matrixs page appears.

  4. Click Create Escalation Matrix button.
  5. In the Title field, enter a title for the escalation matrix.
  6. Click Add Escalation Level button and do the following.
    1. Enter the Escalation Level Name.
    2. In the Duration field, define the duration to report the escalation.
    3. Under the Type column, select Hierarchy based from the dropdown.
    4. Under the Escalation Flow mode column, select the escalation flow depending on your requirement.
  7. Optional: If you want to add more escalation levels, click the Add Escalation Level button again and repeat step 6.
  8. Click Save.
